"In appreciation of your kindness and exemplary work."

Generally speaking, most of us don’t think of thanking those that give excellent service and provide quality products. I guess it’s just easier to point out the negatives.

My spouse suffered a severe stroke and I provide 24/7 care for him in our home. I was unable to get our car from point A to point B because of this. I called Darin at Allstar and shared my dilemma with him. Without any reluctance, he took upon himself to pick up the car. He completed the repairs and delivered the car back to our home. He commented with sincerity, "I’m happy I could help you out," and added, "If you ever need any help again, just call me." He provided me with his personal cell number. The following day, Darin also did the same thing with our Camry, which had a front flat tire.

I highly recommend Allstar to everyone needing their services. They provide excellent service, quality products, and exemplary work.

We thank you Allstar, and especially Darin, for taking time to help us. You’ll have our business from now on.

Darin, Gavin, and Andy,

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for the service I received this week.

Prior to retirement, my position afforded me the opportunity to deal with numerous shops that worked on my fleet, from Minneapolis to Birmingham, AL, to Chicago, IL, to Omaha, NE, and of course, Duluth. I think the name of your company exemplifies the quality of service and character of the employees. I was truly impressed with the manner in which business was conducted and the complete and thorough involvement of each of you to ensure that I, the customer, was fully informed and made comfortable with any and all of the decisions.

Unfortunately, the real meaning of "service" is quickly fading from the workforce, but you have managed to retain a real service attitude. Congratulations, and once again, thank you for all that you have done for me. I'm looking forward to a wonderful two weeks on the road.

It's no secret that getting a car fixed is not a cheap proposition. With the cost of new cars, I have found myself more and more inclined to try and keep my existing vehicles operating for as long as possible. But even my "older" cars are beyond my “shade-tree mechanic” skills. What I look for in a mechanic is reasonable fees, but more than that I want quality work that is done honestly. The people at Allstar have always taken good care of me and my family. I know that they will be honest and thorough in what they do and will be competitive in what they charge. I have done business with Allstar since they began and they will continue to have my business for years to come!

To whom it may concern,

I would like to extend a thank you to two individuals that helped us on 9/1/06. We came to your business to have an oil change before continuing our journey home to Alaska. Both individuals that helped us were polite, helpful, and made the rest of our trip worry-free. Not only did they change the oil quickly, but also found that the drive belt was about to break, which would have caused us considerable problems in the wilds of Canada and Alaska. Needless to say that the rest of our trip home was worry free with regards to the oil and drive belt.
